    Bids can rise before an auction closes. Profit counts eBay fees and, where known, the buyer’s premium and freight, not shipping to your buyers or items you can’t sell.

  • Freight estimates are for B-Stock.

    B-Stock lots get a freight estimate, or a quote to your address. Other sites show the seller’s shipping when it’s listed.

  • The manifest is the seller’s.

    Resellbot prices what the manifest lists. It can’t see what’s actually on the pallet.

How do you know what the items in a lot sell for?
We search eBay sold listings for every item in the manifest, by UPC or by title. Only exact UPC matches and AI-confirmed matches with at least 2 sales count toward your profit, at the middle sold price.
How is the max bid calculated?
“Bid up to” is the most you can pay and still make 25% profit on your cost, after 13.5% eBay fees, the buyer’s premium when the site lists one, and freight when it’s known. Fixed-price lots show it as “Max price.”
How is time to profit calculated?
We assume each item keeps selling at the pace it sold on eBay over the last 90 days, and count the days from when you list until those sales, after fees, cover what you paid, including freight when the lot lists it. It’s an estimate, not a promise.
How do I know if a liquidation pallet is worth it?
Start with the profit at the current bid, then compare the bid with “Bid up to.” If the bid is already higher, the lot won’t make 25% at that price. Then check the manifest, condition and freight.
What does “Over max bid” mean?
The current bid is already higher than “Bid up to,” so the lot won’t make 25% at that price. Resellbot flags it so you know what to skip.
