Using Resellbot

These terms apply to Resellbot’s websites, apps, extensions, research reports and paid services. “Resellbot,” “we” and “us” mean the service provider operating Resellbot. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to agree for that business. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

Your account and marketplace connections

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if someone uses your account without permission.

Connect only marketplace accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect accounts in the dashboard. A connection authorizes the actions you request or enable; it does not transfer ownership of your marketplace account. Follow each marketplace’s rules and review important listing, pricing and automation settings before enabling them.

Subscriptions, trials and payment

Creating a free account does not start a paid subscription. A paid plan starts only when you confirm it at checkout. Checkout shows the plan, price, billing interval, taxes where applicable, trial eligibility and when billing begins. Stripe processes payments.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. By confirming a subscription, you authorize the recurring charges shown at checkout. If you receive a trial, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before the displayed trial deadline. Existing or returning customers may be ineligible for another trial.

We will tell you about a subscription price change before it applies. You may cancel before the change takes effect. Unless checkout says otherwise, a plan change may change your access and may produce a prorated charge or credit; review the confirmation before accepting it.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel from Accounts & Billing in the dashboard. If you cannot access that page or complete cancellation, contact support@resellbot.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancel a trial before its deadline to avoid its first subscription charge.

Deleting an app or disconnecting a marketplace does not cancel a subscription. Paid fees are generally non-refundable for time already provided, except where law requires a refund or we agree otherwise. Contact us about a billing error so we can investigate it. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Research data and estimates

Sold listings, seller reports, matches, resale values, profit estimates and suggested bids are research aids. They may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Historical totals may change, and a match does not prove that two items have the same model, condition or quantity. Forecasts and estimated profits are not guaranteed outcomes.

Check the listing, manifest, quantity, condition, fees, shipping, buyer premium and current market before buying, selling or bidding. You make your own business decisions. Resellbot does not broker those purchases and does not guarantee sales, profit, marketplace access or a seller’s performance.

Permitted use

Use the services lawfully and within your plan’s limits. Do not use them to commit fraud, infringe rights, access someone else’s account, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or evade usage limits. Do not resell access or republish our reports as a competing data service without permission. Ordinary use in your own resale business is allowed.

“Unlimited sold searches” means no daily search quota for an eligible Research subscription. Reasonable request-rate, security and abuse protections still apply. Features and third-party integrations can change when a marketplace or provider changes its service.

Your content and our service

You retain rights in content you provide. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you request, maintain security and meet legal obligations. You must have the rights needed to provide it. We handle retention and deletion under the Privacy Policy.

Resellbot retains rights in its software, branding and original reports. Marketplace names and third-party content belong to their respective owners. Resellbot is not endorsed by or affiliated with a marketplace or retailer merely because its data or name appears in the service.

Availability and limits of responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available without implied warranties. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or marketplace account restrictions. This does not exclude responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Suspension, closure and changes

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, unpaid charges, security issues or violations of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you a way to resolve it. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the updated date here and give reasonable notice of material changes. Changes do not remove rights or obligations already accrued. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the service and cancel before it takes effect.
