Data License

This license applies to public aggregated datasets, market statistics, charts, and tables published on Resellbot, including eBay sold listings data and Poshmark market data pages.

Permitted Use

• You may view the data, link to Resellbot data pages, and use the information for your own resale pricing, sourcing, research, and business decisions.
• You may quote small excerpts when you clearly credit Resellbot and link to the source page.
• You may share links to Resellbot dataset pages in newsletters, reports, social posts, and internal documents.

Restricted Use

• You may not bulk copy, scrape, crawl, download, or archive Resellbot datasets without written permission.
• You may not republish, resell, sublicense, or redistribute substantial portions of the data as a competing dataset, dashboard, API, report, or tool.
• You may not use Resellbot datasets to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or evaluate machine learning models without written permission.
• You may not remove attribution, imply endorsement, or claim ownership of Resellbot data or analysis.

No Warranty

Resellbot data is provided for informational use. Marketplace prices, availability, fees, and sold-listing visibility can change, and individual transactions may require direct verification before making inventory, pricing, or purchasing decisions.

Marketplace Trademarks

eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot, and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners. Resellbot is not endorsed by or affiliated with those marketplaces unless explicitly stated.
