Every Research plan includes every page. Higher plans add only more history and more customer credits.

Every plan includes
- Auctions: open liquidation lots with manifests, priced against eBay sold listings.
- eBay sold data: Markets, category and brand pages, and Products.
- eBay Live: Pulse, and reports on sellers, streams, categories, brands, products and customers.
- Saved research: up to 100 saved pages, with notes and Check for changes.
History
History sets how far back you can look: up to 30, 90 or 365 days of available history, by plan.
- eBay Live windows: Research gets 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days. Research Pro adds 90 days, and Research Volume adds 6 months and last year.
- Auctions: history trims only the example sold listings you see. The median price and sales pace still use up to 90 days.
- All time: no plan includes all-time data.
Customer credits
Credits unlock eBay Live customers (the buyers), which are hidden until you unlock them.
- An unlock typically costs 0.1 to 20 credits, depending on how much and how often the customer buys.
- An unlock lasts 30 days.
- Credits refill each month up to your plan’s allowance. They don’t stack, and you can’t buy more.
What plans don’t include
- Exports: Research doesn’t export data to spreadsheets.
- Alerts: there are no email or push alerts. Check for changes runs in the app.

- Do higher plans include more pages?
- No. Every plan includes Auctions, eBay sold data, eBay Live and Saved research. Higher plans add only more history and more customer credits.
- Can I buy more credits?
- No. Credits refill each month up to your plan’s allowance, and unused credits don’t stack. For more credits, move to a higher plan.
- How long does a customer unlock last?
- 30 days. An unlock typically costs 0.1 to 20 credits, depending on how much and how often the customer buys.
- Can I see all-time data?
- No. No plan includes all-time data. History limits how far back you can look on each plan.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. New customers start with a free trial of Research. A payment method is required at checkout, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
