A seller report shows revenue, sales, average sale, customers and streams, with a daily chart and top products. It also lists the seller’s streams, each with its sales, revenue, customers and viewers.
Streams
A stream report shows revenue, sales, average sale, customers, sales per hour and length, the “Through the stream” chart, and the items sold.
Stream reports read the last 30 days of sales, so you can review any show from the last 30 days.
Categories, brands and products
Browse reports on the categories, brands and products that were captured. “Rising this week” shows what’s picking up on eBay Live.

Customers and credits
Customers (the buyers) are hidden until you unlock them with plan credits. An unlock typically costs 0.1 to 20 credits, depending on how much and how often the customer buys, and lasts 30 days.
- To unlock several at once, use bulk unlock inside a Customers tab.
- Credits refill each month up to your plan’s allowance. They don’t stack, and you can’t buy more.
- Resellbot doesn’t show customers’ contact details.
